This email address is sent to all City Council members and the City Manager and can be used for direct comments, direct input, letters and questions not on an agenda. For more contact information, go to the City Council web page.

SUBMIT A PUBLIC COMMENT

To submit a public comment–a public letter of record– for a specific Council or Commission meeting and/or a specific agenda item, you will want to:
- always include the meeting date and agenda Item# in the subject line.
- ask for a receipt of your letter, and send it in a timely manner if you want it to be included in the agenda packet
- more detail on public comments and timelines can be found on City Website here.
Note: You can bring and submit your public comment letter to any commission or council meeting, and request that it be submitted into the record, if you miss the agenda packet deadlines. Items sent up or delivered up until the meeting, will be entered into the public record.

Individual Councilmembers hold periodic public office hours for conversations with community members. This is not an individual meeting, but provides an opportunity in a small group setting to speak about projects and issues.

ATTEND COUNCIL MEETINGS
Note ! | The City's new website (October 2025) does not appear to have a consolidated page listing upcoming Council meetings with agendas.
Typically, City Council Meetings occur
● at 7:00 PM
● on 2 nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month
• Post the agenda on Thursday preceding the Tuesday meeting
● meetings are held at the Council Chambers at 1 N San Antonio Road
City Council meetings may be viewed live on Comcast Channel 26 or live-streamed from the City's YouTube channel. Instructions for the streaming link are on the website and on the agenda.
Note ! | The City Council no longer offers remote participation or public comments from digital viewers.
The standard Council Meetings do not include special meetings or study sessions, and may or may not include Public Hearings. These are all agendized independently. You can sign up to be notified of upcoming City Council and Commission meetings here.
